Obituary

LIMINGTON- Our loving Nonnie, Mom, and wife, Sharon Davio Kelley (70) passed away on Friday, January 30th, 2026. Born on February 23, 1955 in Westfield, Massachusetts, Sharon was the proud daughter of Luigi and Deloris Davio and a caring sister to Debbie (Davio) Lynch.
Sharon married David Kelley on October 12, 1984. They shared a loving marriage of over forty years, building a life centered around family. Through every season of life, Sharon and David stood by one another with steady love and devotion.
Sharon poured her heart and soul into raising her children, Heather and Christopher. She enjoyed being a step mother to Rachel, Brian and Kathy. Her children were her treasure and she ensured that their dreams and joys became hers as well. There was not a prouder, louder or more spirited supporter of Heather and Chris in their many pursuits – her pride in them and love for them knew no bounds.
Sharon was an avid lover of the ocean, beach and coast. She must have logged hundreds of miles walking the sandy beaches and rocky coasts of Maine and Cape Cod, always searching for treasures to bring home along the way. She loved to garden and grew beautiful plants, flowers and trees. She adored her pets, especially her many dogs, treating them as children in their own right. She dearly loved to spend time with her family and friends and enjoyed listening to music, exploring new places and collecting things that made her smile. There wasn’t a gathering where her laughter didn’t ring joyfully, a sound we will forever miss.
What she loved most in this world was being Hunter, Eliza, Jayce, Chance and Pearce’s Nonnie. She was simply the best in their eyes, and they in hers. Her sense of humor and quick wit were unparalleled, wonderful traits her grandchildren all share. They are funny, industrious, caring, loving, lively, brave, creative, protective and warm, just like her.
Sharon is survived by her loving husband, David Kelley of Limington, Maine, her daughter Heather (Kelley) Olsen, her son-in-law Brendan and their children Hunter and Eliza of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, her son Christopher Kelley, her daughter-in-law Lyndie (Libby) and their children Jayce, Chance and Pearce of Buxton, Maine, and her step-children Rachel Rodriquez, Brian Kelley and Kathy Kelley and their families, as well as her sister, Debbie.
Her well-known, “love you more,” written on a gift or said to end a fun day together will always encapsulate her memory for us all.
