
Jeanne R. Pelletier,, 84, of Sparrows Point, Warwick, a retired employee of AT Cross in Lincoln, died Wednesday at Miriam Hospital. She was the wife of Joseph D. Pelletier. They were married for 64 years. They would have celebrated their 65th on Valentine's Day, 2007.
Born in Wauregan, CT, a daughter of the late Ovila and Mary (Plantier) Desautels. She had been a resident of Greenville before moving to Warwick in 1996. She enjoyed crocheting and was a member of the Sparrows Point II Tenants Association.
She is survived by a son Joseph Pelletier, Jr. of Smithfield, daughters Paulette Ruzzo ofWarwick, Cheryl Ann Wenzel of Texas, and Barbara Pelletier of Bristol, a grandson Timothy Ruzzo and a great grandson, Joseph Carmine Ruzzo. She was the sister of the late Col. Frances, Gerard and Delores Desautels.
Her funeral will be held Monday at 8:30am from the *ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30am in St. Philip Chuurch, 622 Putnam Pike, Greenville. Burial will follow in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visitation Sunday 4-6pm.
