Ray Hall, 79, of Tifton passed away Friday, December 19, 2025, at his residence. His funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2025, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals with the Rev. Thomas Morey officiating. Mr. Hall will be laid to rest at Oak Ridge Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday, December 21, 2025, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Edward Wood, Jeremy Nash, Wesley Hall, Randy “Bubba” Hall, Landon Hutto and Glen Pendarvis will serve as pallbearers. Steve Stephson will serve as an honorary pallbearer.
Born August 30, 1946, in Lexington, South Carolina, Mr. Hall was the son of the late James Elmer Hall and Blondell Heyward Hall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers and sisters, Wendell Hall, Authur Hall, Lindsey Hall, Iceline Hall and Ellen Sadler; one grandson, Christopher Ray Hall; one great-grandson, Christopher Ray Hall; and one great-granddaughter, Hailey Marie Hall.
Mr. Hall is survived by his wife, Peggy Pendarvis Hall of Tifton; three sons, Dickie Ray Hall, Justin Lee Hall and Randy Carroll Hall and Tina Deal, all of Tifton; two brothers, Tracy Hall and Junior Hall, both of Lexington, South Carolina; four sisters, Anne Warren and Phyllis Wooten, both of Lexington, South Carolina, Jane Robinson of Adel and Lavon Ediger of Colorado; four grandchildren, Wesley Scott Hall, Britini Leighann Hall, Randy Carroll Hall II and Gavyn Wayne Hall, all of Tifton; four great-grandchildren, Lily Hall, Christopher Ray, Allison Hall and Paisley Grace Stone.
