Florence (VanBuskirk) Jackson, 85, of Salem, NH died Thursday August 24th at her home. She had lived in Salem for 47 years, previously living in No. Andover, MA.
She was born in Catsford, England, the daughter of the late Carlton & Florence (Mileham) VanBuskirk. Florence was a homemaker who enjoyed knitting, crotcheting and gardening. She enjoyed volunteering at area nursing homes and hospitals. Florence taught Sunday School for 45 years and enjoyed singing in the choir. She was a member of Marsh Corner Community Church in Methuen, MA and a former member of the Lady Lions and the Eastern Star.
Florence was the widow of Albert Jackson whom she was married to for 63 years. They enjoyed 20 years of retirement together and enjoyed wintering in Hudson, FL.
She was predeceased by her siblings Carlton VanBuskirk and Joan Millar.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday August 26th at 2PM at Marsh Corner Community Church in Methuen, MA.
