Wallace A. Titcomb Sr. age 84 of Salem, NH, died Saturday at the Heritage Manor Nursing Home, Lowell, MA.
He was born in Salem, NH, where he grew up and attended schools, and was a lifelong resident.
Mr. Titcomb was a retired self employed salvage dealer and owned Salem Salvage. Mr. Titcomb was dedicated and loved his work. He was a former member of the Pleasant Street United Methodist Church in Salem, NH. He was a US Army Veteran, serving in World War II.
He was predeceased by his wife Lucille A. (Burt) Titcomb
He is survived by 3 Sons: Wallace Jr. & his Wife Terry Titcomb of Auburn, NH
Michael & his Wife Diane Weaver of Auburn, NH
Jack & his Wife Priscilla Weaver of Canoy, OR
2 Daughters: Janice V. & her Husband Arthur Barnes III of Salem, NH
Holly & her Husband Donald Young of Pataskala, OH
1 Sister: Dora Hunt of Methuen, MA
12 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren, Several Nieces & Nephews
Funeral services will be held Thursday, Aug. 24 at 10:00 AM at the Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St, Salem, NH. Burial will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery, Salem, NH.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, Aug. 23 from 4-7 PM at the funeral home.
