Dracut MA - Jack Vartabedian, 70 of Dracut died Friday at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington MA .
Born in Cambridge and educated in Andover Jack grew up and worked on the Vartabedian family
farm in Andover before moving to Dracut.
He worked for the Methuen Construction Co. for more than 20 years as Heavy Equiment Operator.
Mr. Vartabedian was a avid hunter and gardner and also a member of the Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic
Church in Lawrence.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years Anita ( Avedisian ) Vartabedian of Dracut.One daughter Anita S. and her husband Paul Puorro of Salem, NH. One son Jack Jr. and his wife MichelleVartabedian of Dracut.Two sisters Alice Randazzo of New Windsor NY. Mary Mooradian of Haverhill and one brother Albert Vartabedian of Andover and several nieces and nephews. Jack was predeceased by his
brother Charlie Vartabedian.

Inc. 233 Lawrence St. Methuen, MA. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at the
Holy Cross Armenian Apostolic Church in Lawrence. In Lieu of flowers donations in his memory can be made to
the Holy Cross Armenian Church 54 East Haverhill St. Lawrence, MA.
