Obituary

Carol L. (Cote) Kiley, 85, of Worcester, passed away on April 26th surrounded by her loving family. She leaves a daughter, Brenda Maxwell and her husband, Timothy; a son, Jon Kiley all of Worcester; five grandchildren, Kyle Maxwell and his wife, Rachel, Kayla Maxwell, Logan Kiley, Miles Kiley, and Kennedy Kiley; as well as one beloved great-grandchild and another expected soon. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, John D. Kiley, in 2022.

She was born in Leominster, the daughter of Roland and Elizabeth (Dividian) Cote. A beloved member of the Arca Adult Day Health Center, Carol brought joy, laughter, and light wherever she went. Carol had an adventurous spirit and a true zest for life, she loved discovering new restaurants with her friends, never said no to a good card game or crossword and cherished every chance to be out in nature camping and casting a fishing line. She was always up for a bingo night or a spontaneous trip to the casino, especially if it meant good company and a little excitement. Carol had a heart as big as her laugh and a kitchen that was always open. Her cooking wasn’t just delicious, it was how she showed love, and her meals brought everyone together. Above all, Carol adored her family. She was their biggest cheerleader, their best cook, and the heart of every gathering. She was a devoted member of Blessed Sacrament Church, finding comfort and strength in her spiritual life throughout the years. She will be very missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family would like to thank the staff at Arca, for their compassion and support they have shown over the past few years.
