Maurice J.Tessier, 73, of Cook Drive, died Wednesday at his home.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Ernest J. and Adrienne (Gouin).He lived in Scituate for many years previously living in Providence.
Mr. Tessier was an employee for RI Welding & Fabricating Company in Providence until his retirement. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War.
He is survived by his daughter Nancy A. Thibault and her husband Raymond of Scituate. His brothers, Roger J. of Scituate, Raymond G. of Smithfield and Robert J. Tessier of Providence and a sister, Ann Marie Savastano of Johnston.
His funeral will be held Saturday at 8:00am from the
*ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, RI with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:00am in St. Joseph Church, Danielson Pike, North Scituate. Burial with military honors in RI Veterans Cemetery. Visitation Friday 4-7pm.
