Rosalie M. Mucciarone 85, of Franklin, passed away peacefully, Monday April 14, 2025 at Mount St. Rita Healthcare in Cumberland, Rhode Island, following an illness.
Born March 1, 1940, in Franklin, a daughter of the late Chester and Helen (Hurd) Mucciarone, she was a lifelong resident of Franklin.
Rosalie was raised and educated in Franklin and was a graduate of Norwood High School Class of 1957. She owned and operated a home improvement and house cleaning business for many years along with her longtime friend Barbara DiRosario of Franklin.
Rosy lived her life with great love of family and friends and had an infectious & dry sense of humor.
Rosy enjoyed collecting snoopy toys, cooking, and fixing almost any broken item or fixture.
She is survived by her nephews & nieces including, Joseph C. D’Aniello and his wife Kathleen of Plainville, Stephen P. D’Aniello and his wife Margaret of Franklin, Robert M. D’Aniello and his wife Jacqueline of South Carolina, Mark J. D’Aniello of Milford, Cathy Burns of Pennsylvania, & Diane Rogers and her husband Raymond of West Medway.
She was the sister of the late Gloria A. D’Aniello.
Rosy will be deeply missed by her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her calling hours Friday April 25th, in the Charles F. Oteri and Son Franklin Funeral Home 33 Cottage St. from 10AM-12 Noon.
Her funeral service will follow at 12 Noon.
Burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Franklin will be held at a later date.
