Joseph “Joey” McCausland, 53, an extraordinary man, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, March 31st, surrounded by his loving family.
Joey, as he was affectionately known, spent several years with Aspire, a program run through Seven Hills Foundation. He had a special way of lighting up any room with his big smile, boundless energy, and warm, welcoming "hello". His joy and spirit touched many lives, and his presence will be deeply missed. His beloved sister, Shelley (McCausland) Agbanyo, will be among the many welcoming him at God’s golden gates.
Joseph is survived by his parents, John McCausland, Sr. and Susan (Hannifin) McCausland; his brother, John McCausland, Jr.; his nieces, Lonnea, Aubree, Allianna, and Deidrianna; his nephews, Samuel, Avery, Sr., and Shaquielle; and his great-nieces and nephews, Jadaveriann, Jazzmarie, and Jizelle—all of Worcester—who were his favorite people.

Funeral services will be private and held at the convenience of the family. O’Connor Brothers Funeral Home, 592 Park Avenue, is assisting the family with arrangements.
