Susan Belfower Haman, 73, of Nashville, Tennessee, formerly of Tifton, passed away Monday, April 7, 2025, at Saint Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mrs.Haman at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest. The Rev. John Hughes will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Born February 17, 1952, in Tifton, Mrs. Haman was the daughter of the late Willie Joe Belflower and Betty McCall Belfower. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ernest “Michael” Haman, who passed away on April 5, 2025; and one brother, Van Belflower. Before retiring, she worked in Human Resources for Alcoa; and was formerly in Human Resources at Tifton Aluminum Company. She was a member of The Peoples Church in Nashville, Tennessee.
Mrs. Haman is survived by two sons and one daughter-in-law, Danny Haman of Springhill, Tennessee and Eric and Jen Haman of Florida; one brother and sister-in-law, Phillip and Sally Belflower of Tifton; and three grandchildren, Ethan Haman, Malayia Jones and Gabrielle Haman.
