Ernest “Michael” Haman, 74, of Nashville, Tennessee, formerly of Tifton, passed away Saturday, April 5, 2025, at his residence. A graveside funeral service will be held for Mr. Haman at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 19, 2025, at Oak Ridge Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest. The Rev. John Hughes will officiate. The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 19, 2025, from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Born December 6, 1950, in Adel, Mr. Haman was the son of the late Russell Falcon Haman and Ima Lee Medlin Haman. Before retiring, he was a building inspector with the City of Franklin, Tennessee; and he was a member of The Peoples Church in Nashville, Tennessee. He joined the National Guard in 1969 and served in Louisiana.
Mr. Haman is survived by his wife, Susan Belflower Haman of Nashville, Tennessee, formerly of Tifton; two sons and one daughter-in-law, Danny Haman of Springhill, Tennessee and Eric and Jen Haman of Florida; one sister, Donna Pearson of Atlanta; and three grandchildren, Ethan Haman, Malayia Jones and Gabrielle Haman.
