Frank Addonizio Jr., of Lynnfield, formerly of Medford, died Monday at the Brigham and Women's Hospital he was 58.
Born in Boston, he was the son of the late Frank and the late Louise (Frallicciardi) Addonizio. A Medford resident for over 50 years, Frank resided in Lynnfield for the past 2 years. He worked as a bookkeeper for Murray Supply and was a member of the Medford Elks.
Loving husband of Annemarie Addonizio, Frank leaves his children Frank and Michelle Addonizio of Lynnfield. He also leaves his sister Rachel Raso of Lynnfiled, brother Anthony Addonizio of Middleton and mother and father-in-law Dorothy and Dominick Zappa of Florida.
A Funeral mass will be offered Friday at 11 AM in St. Joseph Church, Medford. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. Relatives and friends may call Thursday from 4 thru 8 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St. Medford.
