Russell worked for many years at General Wire and Madison Wire until he retired in 2003. He was an usher and was very involved within the catholic community and more particularly within his parishes at St. Paul's Cathedral and Christ the King Church. He was an absolute joy to his family and was loved beyond measure. He adored all of his nieces and nephews and all his great nieces and nephews. He took every opportunity to spoil them whenever he could and attended every family function. He could make everyone laugh and had a great personality.
