ELIZABETH “BETTY” M. (HUDAK) JACOBY OBITUARY
Elizabeth “Betty” M. (Hudak) Jacoby, 85, of Marion Center, PA passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at her home.
The daughter of George and Mary (Balogh) Hudak, she was born on December 1, 1939 in Clymer, PA.
She married Carl L. Jacoby and they shared over sixty-five years of marriage together until his death on April 24, 2023.
Betty worked as an administrative assistant for the Tallmadge Ohio City School District Superintendent for twenty-seven years.
After her retirement, Betty enjoyed spending winters in Florida with her husband, Carl, and making memories with her family.
Betty is survived by her two children: Deborah K. Yackuboskey and husband Michael of Marion Center, PA and Diane C. Rothhaas and friend Greg Stefanko of Akron, OH; her grandson: Matthew Rothhaas and wife Asia of Guam; her great grandchildren: Liam Rothhaas of Apollo, PA and Aria Rothhaas, Akaya Wilson and Ayva Wilson, all of Guam.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband and infant brother, Andrew Hudak.
A private service was held for her immediate family.
