Lindsay Tara Ortega White Hayman
It is with profound sorrow and immense love that we mourn the unexpected passing of our beloved Lindsay on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at the age of 46, surrounded by her devoted family.
Lindsay’s legacy will be carried on through her husband Brad, daughter Estela Mia (Este) Hayman, parents Robert and Nancy White, sisters Carla White Ellis, Brittany White and Kendra White as well as her brother-in law Robert Ellis, niece Charlotte and nephew Callum Ellis. Lindsay was and will always be remembered by many relatives, dear friends, and colleagues.
No amount of superlatives or adjectives will ever be able to describe the fiery star and presence of Lindsay. She lit up every heart and room she entered. Charismatic, articulate, sassy, funny, passionate, loving, loyal, fiercely protective, affectionate, thoughtful, intuitive, spiritual - larger than life.
Lover of the restaurant industry, Lindsay was a trailblazer in the Boston dining scene, including No 9 Park, Radius, L’Espalier and Straight Wharf Restaurant on Nantucket. She continued pursuing her passion of hospitality in New England, Canada and London as she made her indelible mark in restaurant tech.
Lindsay was a force of nature. Not only was she extremely intelligent with a quick wit, she was also a supremely talented vocalist who thrived when entertaining. She lived in Paris and Switzerland, and loved to speak French at any opportunity. Her presence in our lives was a gift, and she will be deeply missed. To have known her is to have been in awe.
The incredible, unbreakable bond between Lindsay and her sisters is legendary. Her dedication to her family - daughter, husband, parents, extended family and friends as well. Those loving bonds are without boundaries or physical limitations. Her light will illuminate, guide and warm us all our lives and into eternity.

Calling hours will be held at Anderson-Winfield Funeral Home, Rt 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville, RI on Thursday, April 17, 2025 from 4-7 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Society for Women’s Health Research or the Isabella Stewart Gardner Museum.
