Rocio Sanchez, 31 yrs, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois passed away Thursday, March 27, 2025, as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Loving mother of Angel 14, and 11-year-old Aileen. Beloved daughter of Jorge Sanchez and the late Juana Sanchez. Fond sister of Gabriela, Lilibeth, and Jorge Jr. Loved cousin, and friend.
Rocio was a graduate of John Hancock High School. She was attending the University of Illinois at Chicago and was set to graduate with her bachelor's degree this Spring. Rocio truly lived life to the fullest through everyday thrills, dancing, singing and spending time with family and friends. Rocio had a vibrant and energetic personality. She had the most cheerful laughter. Rocio touched many hearts and will be deeply missed.
Visitation will be held Sunday, April 6, 2025, from 3pm to 8pm at Ocwieja-Robles Funeral Home located at 4256 S Mozart.
Funeral Mass will be 10am at St. Gall Church located at 5511 S Sawyer Ave.
Following after mass we will proceed to Resurrection Cemetery located at 7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL.
