Judith A. Crossley, a beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully on March 31st in Knollwood Nursing Center surrounded by her family.
She leaves her children, Florence Lackey, Lorrie Holbrook, and Venlen Holbrook all of Worcester; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a daughter, Judith Crossley; a brother, Gordon Crossley; and three sisters, Jackie Ledoux, June Robidoux, and Joanne Knowles.
Born in Worcester, the daughter of Gordon and Elsie (Boyce) Crossley, Judith lived a life full of love, kindness, and simple joys.
She spent several years working at Parker Metal. A woman of faith, she attended New Creation Christian Church and found comfort and community in her worship.
Judith had a passion for playing bingo and shopping, always finding joy in the little things. Before moving into the nursing home, she attended Worcester Adult Day Care, where she formed meaningful connections. Above all, she treasured the time spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her immense happiness. Her warmth and loving spirit will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Her visitation will be held on Monday, April 7th from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue.
