Obituary

DUDLEY – Mark A. Kubicki, 67, died Monday, March 24, 2025 in UMass/Memorial University Campus after an illness.

He leaves his loving wife of 24 years, Joanne J. (Druzbicki) Kubicki; a brother, Robert Kubicki of South Carolina; a sister, Donna Wilson and her husband Philip of Ashland; a brother-in-law, Paul Perry of Plymouth; a sister-in-law, Elaine Bouchard and her husband Dennis of Dudley; 7 nieces and nephews, Lauren, Leigh “Coco,” Zachary, Chloe, Mara, Eric and Nicole. He was preceded in death by his sister Dianne Perry and by his nephew Matthew Perry.

He was born on November 18, 1957 in Webster and raised there, a son of Francis J. and Mary A. (Paholski) Kubicki and graduated from Bartlett High School in 1975. He then earned a bachelor’s degree in HVAC and Refrigeration with honors from Northeast Technology School in Boston. He moved to Dudley at the time of his marriage.

Mr. Kubicki currently owned and operated Webster Mechanical, an HVAC business he started 40 years ago.

He was a member of Saint Joseph Basilica in Webster. He loved to go deep sea and freshwater fishing and won several tournaments. He enjoyed gardening and cooking, especially on the grille.
He was a lifelong fan of the Boston Red Sox.

His funeral will be held Saturday, March 29, from the Sitkowski, Malboeuf & Hickey Funeral Home, 340 School Street, Webster, with a Mass at 10:00 AM in Saint Joseph Basilica, 53 Whitcomb Street, Webster. Burial will be in Saint Joseph Garden of Peace. Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM in the funeral home. Donations in his name may be made to Saint Joseph School, 47 Whitcomb Street, Webster, MA 01570.
