Steven H. Snell, 52, of Norfolk, son of Richard and Shirley Snell (predeceased) of Marshfield, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 9, 2025.
Steven was well known for his brilliant smile and miles of charm. He was a true friend to many with a heart of gold, always there for anyone in need. Steven built a successful career as a general contractor. If you knew him, you knew the SHS Builders logo. His most recent endeavor was a complete renovation and restoration project in Scituate. An avid outdoorsman, he loved hunting, fishing and a competitive game of cornhole. Steven’s happy place was fishing at the beach, set up with tackle box, and coolers of bait and buds with his dog by his side.
Steven leaves behind his longtime partner, Michelle Bixby, and her cherished children, Brian, Alyssa, and Matthew Bixby. He is survived by his sister, Julie Snell, and her husband, John Dini, and nephew Tristan of Philadelphia; his sister, Katie (Snell) Sellitto and her husband, Angelo Sellitto, nephew AJ, and niece Matea of Roslindale.
Steven leaves a large circle of extended family and friends who will forever cherish his memory. He will be deeply missed by all.

Graveside services will take place privately at Norfolk Cemetery.
