Harold William McCarthy?Tewksbury, Massachusetts?Husband, father, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, neighbor, and friend
Harold went to heaven on February 27, surrounded by his loving wife and family. He had a deep passion for farming and lived a uniquely simple life. Harold followed his principles and dedicated his life to his love for growing corn and vegetables, always sharing his harvest with friends and family. Our best memories include his October fall fests, where he brought out his bright red hay wagon and favorite tractor, pulling three generations of children through the farm fields and taking them to his awe-inspiring pumpkin patch. His surprise for the kids was engraving and sketching their names on the pumpkins as they quietly grew in the garden throughout the season. He created memories that most people can only dream of, which will be forever engraved in our hearts. Harold’s love for heavy equipment was immeasurable. He took pride in repairing and restoring it to its original state. But what Harold cherished most was his beautiful hidden farm, where he enjoyed his privacy and lived by his instincts. Harold will be missed beyond measure and loved for eternity.
Services will be held on Tuesday, March 4, at 11:30 am at St. William's Catholic Church in Tewksbury, followed by a burial.
