Anna Pauline “Polly” Turner

Anna Pauline “Polly” Turner, 93, former Anderson resident, passed away February 9, 2025 at Carmel Health and Living.
She was born on May 25, 1931 in Tazwell, Virginia, the daughter of William Fulton and Lillie Dove Presnell.
Polly was a proud mother, grandmother, homemaker, and co- owner of Turner’s Singer Sewing Center with her husband for many years. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, bowling and bingo.
She is survived by her daughter Jane (Robert) Saxon of Noblesville; two grandchildren, Andrew (Francesca) Lively and Erin Lively all of Chicago; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband Vechil O. “Mike” Turner and her eight siblings.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025 at 2 PM at Bronnenberg Cemetery in Chesterfield.
