Obituary

Ricardo Titus better known as Tiger, 60, of Worcester died Sunday, February 23rd after a long battle with ALS. He leaves a son, Ricardo Chase; a brother, Albert Titus and his wife, Julia of Worcester; three sisters, Debbie Titus and Angel Titus both of Worcester, and Linda Titus of Lynn; many nieces and nephews including his favorite grandniece, Akyla Bowers.
He was born in Fitchburg the son of Cecil Julius and Thelma D. (Etienne) Titus. Tiger graduated from Worcester Technical High School, he then went on to serve his country in the United States Army and National Guard. After his military service, Tiger dedicated many years to working in the maintenance department at Lincoln Village, where he was known for his hard work and friendly demeanor. Many of people there called him Ricky.
In his free time, Tiger enjoyed playing video games, especially Call of Duty: Black Ops, where he showcased his competitive spirit and love for gaming. But above all, family was the most important part of his life. He was the uncle that everyone wanted—caring, fun, and always present for his nieces and nephews, whom he cherished deeply.
Tiger’s warmth, loyalty, happiness and love for his family will forever be remembered and missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. His family will always love him and miss him dearly.
Visitation is Sunday, March 2nd in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. followed by a funeral service. Burial will be held privately in Hope Cemetery.
