Obituary

Linh Chi Nguyen, 83, of Worcester, died on Saturday, February 15th at home surrounded by her loving family. She leaves her husband, Loc Nguyen; two sons, Dung Nguyen and his wife, Dung Tran and Trung Nguyen and his wife, Uyen Lu; four daughters, Tam Anh Nguyen and her husband, Linh Ho, Trang Thuy Nguyen and her husband, Dung Truong, Van Thuy Nguyen and her husband, Dung Le, and Diem Chi Nguyen and her husband Hai Le; and 11 grandchildren.

She was born in Hue, Vietnam, the daughter of Tich Nguyen and Tho Ton. Linh Chi Nguyen was a woman of deep cultural roots and a loving spirit who dedicated much of her life to caring for her family. In Vietnam, she was known for her warm hospitality, generosity, and wisdom. After immigrating to the United States, Linh continued to nurture those qualities, creating a strong family foundation and maintaining her close ties to her heritage. She cherished spending time with her children and grandchildren, always putting others before herself. Her family was her greatest joy, and she took immense pride in watching them grow and succeed. Her kindness, resilience, and love will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd beginning at 9:00am in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue. Burial will follow in Hope Cemetery, 119 Webster Street. Her calling hours will be held on Friday, February 21st from 3:00pm until 6:00pm in the funeral home.
