Known for her heart of gold, Angie was a woman who gave freely of herself. She spent much of her life caring for others, always putting their needs before her own. Whether it was lending an ear, offering a helping hand, or simply providing love and support, she made everyone feel special.
Angie worked in marketing for Talus for just shy of 30 years, where she was loved and respected by her colleagues. She enjoyed taking on new tasks and challenges, always eager to learn and grow. She was incredibly proud of her self-taught graphic design skills, a talent that she honed over the years.
When she was first diagnosed with cancer, Angie was resolute in her positivity. She told family and friends, "I'm not afraid," and shared with them her enduring wisdom: "My gift to you all is that I love you and thank you for all being part of our lives. Remember to smile, laugh, be with your loved ones, and enjoy life." Angie’s unwavering strength, grace, and joy in the face of adversity were a testament to her incredible spirit.
Even when faced with a prognosis that gave her only months to live, Angie defied the odds, surviving for two years longer than expected. She faced her illness with a smile, pride, and a joyful attitude, often embracing the challenges with new wigs and outfits to match her evolving look. Her positive outlook and vibrant spirit remained intact as she lived each day to the fullest, continuing to spread love and light to everyone around her.
A true ray of sunshine, Angie lit up every room she entered with her infectious laugh, her dancing, and her singing. She was known as the "fun mom" who loved bringing joy to all around her. Her energy, laughter, and love for life were truly unmatched, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
