Randy Stokes, a beloved father, friend, and devoted servant of the Lord, passed away February 6, 2025. With a big personality and an even bigger heart, he touched the lives of everyone around him. His faith was the foundation of his life, guiding him in kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for others. He never met a stranger, always offering a helping hand and a warm smile. Though he is no longer with us, his legacy of love, faith, and compassion will live on in all who knew him. He will be deeply missed.
A private family service was held Saturday, February 8, 2024, at Oak Ridge Cemetery.
Born January 15, 1959, in Cedartown, Randy was the son of the late Margaret Ann "Peggy" Stokes and the Rev. Olin Lee "O. L." "Toby" Stokes. He was also preceded in death by one sister, Cyndi Stokes Delk.
Randy is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Connor and Megan Stokes; one daughter, Kadi Higginbotham; and two granddaughter, Moriah and Kohen Higginbotham.
