Patricia T. (Parisien) Devoe, 82 , of Salem, passed away Saturday, February 1, 2025 at the John Bertram House in Salem, following a long illness. She was the devoted wife of the late Leonard N. Devoe with whom she shared 55 years of marriage.
Born and raised in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Hector E.”Bill” and Eva R. (Gagnon) Parisien. Following her graduation from St. Joseph Academy, she worked for the former Naumkeag Trust Co. of Salem. Following her marriage in 1968 she continued with Naumkeag until the birth of her first born. She and Leonard devoted the seventies and early eighties to the raising of their family. Patricia returned to work in office management for Child World and later worked in day care for Hand In Hand in Peabody.
She enjoyed her family, home and grandchildren more than anything in the world. Her family was her life. She never missed any event, dance recital, or celebration with the grandchildren. She was also especially close to her brothers and sisters in-law.
Patricia is survived by her children and grandchildren; Daniel L. Devoe and wife Karen Frascatore and children Michael, Matthew & Megan of Needham, Janelle D. Casella and husband Charles and daughters Caitlyn & Lauren of Georgetown, Timothy W. Devoe and wife Nicole and daughter Stephanie of Natick, Kimberly E. Graham and son Richard Graham of Salem. She also leaves many in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews, including Danielle Ganczuk and Martine Parisien. In addition to her husband, she was predeceased by her beloved brother Robert G. Parisien.
Relatives and friends are invited to her calling hours at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St. [Route 114 / 1-A] Salem on Friday, February 7, 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Her Mass of Christian Burial will be in Ste. Anne Church, 290 Jefferson Ave., Salem on Saturday, Feb. 8th at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Mary Cemetery, Salem.
