Anna T. “Ann” Cabral, 94, formerly of Smith Avenue, Greenville, died Monday, February 3, 2025 at Golden Crest Nursing Centre in North Providence. She was the widow of Christopher J. Cabral who died in 2013. They had been happily married for over 64 years at the time of his death.
Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Joseph P. and Anna (Esposito) Connetti. She was a lifelong resident of Smithfield.
She was the owner of Ann’s Dress Making for 30 years.
She was a member of St. Philip Church for over 80 years and sang with the church choir for over 30 years. She attended Adoration since November 1995 until her health didn’t permit her to do so. She enjoyed singing and performing with the Greenville Goldenaires. She was the first runner up in the Senior Mrs. Rhode Island Pagent.
She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Beverly Hardman of Smithfield and Cheryl Ciotola and her husband, Robert Ciotola of Salem, CT. She was the loving grandmother of: Kim Hardman, Christopher Ciotola and his wife, Michelle and Elizabeth Ciotola and her great grandchildren: Brady, Analise, Nolan, Gavin, Lucas and Isabella. She was the sister of Donald Connetti of Smithfield and the late Marie Notarianni, Carole Hall and Joseph Connetti. She is also survived by her brother-in-law, Ronald Hall and many nieces and nephews
Her funeral will be held Friday, February 7, 2025 at 10:30am from the ANDERSON-WINFIELD Funeral Home, Route 44 at Greenville Common, Greenville. Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in St. Philip Church, 622 Putnam Avenue, Greenville. Burial with be in Little Greenville Cemetery, Greenville. Visitation will be Friday morning, 9:30-10:30am.
