Richard A. White, age 65, most recently of Norton, a former lifelong resident of Mansfield, passed away peacefully on Saturday February 1, 2025 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.
Born in Norwood, MA on February 18, 1959, he was a loving and devoted son of Ernest L. and Priscilla E. (Knight) White, recently of North Attleboro and former longtime Mansfield residents.
Dickie grew up and was educated in Mansfield. He worked long and hard his whole life and was proud of his jobs as a self-employed landscaper, a former donut maker at Honey Dew Donuts in Mansfield and as a forklift operator at the former American Paper Recycling in Mansfield.
Richard enjoyed spending time with family and friends and the great outdoors. He was a familiar sight, snowmobiling in Vermont, riding his Side-by-Side four-wheeler and cruising on his electric bike.
In addition to his parents, he was the dear brother of Dennis L. White of Attleboro, Deborah A. Maigret and her husband Raymond of North Attleboro and Kristian Barrette and her husband Timothy of North Smithfield. He is also survived by his loving nieces and nephews.
