Paula (Mailloux) Manchester, 76, of Dartmouth, passed away on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 at Tobey Hospital. She was the wife of Alan R. Manchester, they shared 41 years of marriage.
Mrs. Manchester was born in Fall River, daughter of the late Roland and Matilda (Dicorpo) Mailloux and had resided in Dartmouth for nearly 40 years. Prior to retirement, she worked at Charlton Memorial Hospital as an EKG Technician. She was a communicant of St. George Church, Westport. She enjoyed knitting, sewing, crafting and cooking. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family.
Survivors along with her husband include her son: Timothy J. Manchester and his wife Alison of Waterford, CT; her 3 step-sons: Douglas A. Manchester and his wife Lesha, Craig R. Manchester and his wife Tanya, Jamie J. Manchester and his wife Carrie, all of New Bedford; her brother: Ronald J. Mailloux and his wife Janice of Westport; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, January 28, 2025 from the Potter Funeral Home at 9:00 A.M. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. George Church, Westport at 10:00 A.M.
Calling hours Monday from 5-8 P.M.
Interment will be in Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport
