Kenneth H Volovick passed away on January 21, 2025. He was 71 years old.
He met the love of his life Martha in Nov ‘75 and they have been married for 47 years. Ken spent his entire career in the medical field, mostly working as a respiratory therapist. Ken was known for having many special qualities. Too many to count and was often described as “salt of the earth” from those who knew him best. Ken will be remembered most for seeing the best in people, the ability to strike up a conversation with a complete stranger and being able to recognize someone he knew no matter where he was in the world. He was passionate about his 25 years’ worth of service in the boxing community, his bowling league, but mostly spending as much time as possible with his 2 grandchildren. Ken Volovick, a beacon of kindness and love with forever be in our hearts.
Kenneth was the beloved husband of Martha (Brigandi) Volovick. He was the son of Estelle Solomon and the late Simon Volovick. Kenneth was the loving father of Alyse Trainor and her husband Chuck and Alex Volovick and his wife Sarah. He was the dear brother of Charlie Bruce and his wife Diane, Shiela Brown and her husband Andy, and the late Judy Lampert. Kenneth was the cherished grandfather of Charley Trainor and Tyler Volovick. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and his closest friend Tom Upton.
Private services will be held followed by Interment in Greenview Memorial Park Interfaith Cemetery, Everett.
