Anthony Thomas Lamore, 35, of Holbrook passed away suddenly at South Shore Hospital surrounded by his loving family and friends on Tuesday, January 21st, 2025.
Anthony was the beloved son of Donna Strobel and Charles Lamore, born on January 22nd, 1989 at St. Margaret’s Hospital in Boston. He was the younger brother to Timothy Blake, big brother to Casey Strobel and Melody Strobel, and is survived by his daughter Jocelyn Lamore, who was the light of his life. Anthony was the grandson and great-grandson of the late Diane Keith and Gladys Dakers. He leaves behind his grandfather Michael P. Keith Sr, aunts Cherri O’Brien, Mary Lamore, Tracie Souza, and Kendra Keith, uncles Scott O’Brien and Michael Keith Jr, many cousins, his beloved dog Bella, and a ton of friends whom he loved dearly.
Anthony loved sports, as a kid he played baseball for Holbrook Little League as well as Holbrook Town Soccer. As he got older, he went on to play travel baseball and Holbrook High School basketball.
He had the biggest heart and would do anything for his family and friends. Anthony was the life of every party, always smiling and joking around. He loved music, going to concerts, and playing video games. What he loved most though, was spending time outdoors with his daughter Jocelyn, going to Ames Nowell State Park fishing and goofing around walking the paths with her for hours.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Anthony’s visiting hours Monday January 27th, from 4:00-7:00PM followed by a memorial service 7:00 PM at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. Burial will be private at a later date.
