LIMINGTON- “Bobbie” Jewell Kay Blackmon, age 76, passed away peacefully on Jan. 19, 2025, at Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Atlanta, GA, on March 29, 1948, a daughter of the late J.C. and Bertha (Vandiver) Hunter.
Throughout her working years, Bobbie worked in food service.
Bobbie will be remembered for her love of playing Bingo, going to the casino, fishing, camping, gold panning, tending to her flower gardens, and even arm wrestling.
She is predeceased by a son- Michael Blackmon; and her brother- Kenneth L. Hunter.
Bobbie is survived by her longtime partner- Royce Bowden of Limington; children- Kathy Blackmon of Bridgton, John Blackmon of Harrison; and J.C. Blackmon of Pittsfield; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
