William Scott Webster, of Westport, passed away on Saturday, January 18, 2025 at home. He was the son of the late Donald E. and June I. (Milanese) Webster.
Bill was born in S. Kingstown, RI, on March 19, 1950, raised in Wakefield, RI and had been a very proud, longtime resident of Westport. He was a graduate of Columbia Bible College in South Carolina and Missionary in Berkeley, CA. He was the salt of the earth and will be greatly missed. If you knew Bill Webster, you knew you were loved.
Survivors include his 3 children: Hillary W. Parker of Warren, RI, Cameron T. Webster and his companion Jaimie Cardozo of Westport and Brindalyn W. Chen and her husband Alexander of Carlisle, MA; 2 sisters: Donna Laurie and her husband Peter of Narragansett, RI and Jennie Ludvigsen and her husband Marty of Wakefield, RI; 4 grandchildren: Levi, Wally, Angelo and Bernie; his former wife: Alyn Carlson; along with many nieces and nephews.
Memorial visitation to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, January 25, 2025 at the Potter Funeral Home from 1-4P.M. At 3:00 P.M. the Webster Family will share words of remembrance in Bill's memory and the family will also invite those wanting to share memories of Bill to do so at that time.
Interment will be private.
