Glen Walter Nelson, age 67, of Norton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at Rhode Island Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island.
Born in Boston, Massachusetts on April 4, 1957, he was a loving son of the late Walter and Brita (Brunskog) Nelson.
An engineer by trade, Glen grew up in Westwood and received an associate’s degree in engineering from Wentworth Institute. He had a special love for motorcycles and tattoo’s but most of all, he loved spending time with his grandson, especially teaching him how to fish, four-wheeling and eating Coney Island Hotdogs. He was also very-much proud of letting others know of his being 100 % Swedish.
He was the loving father of Christopher Nelson and his wife Andrea, the cherished grandfather of Blake Nelson and the dear brother of the late Don Nelson. He is also survived by his cat “Buddy” and his grand puppy “Dudley”.
Services and burial will be private and visiting hours are omitted.
