BOURNE - Mary C. Valente, 87, of 146 MacArthur Blvd., Bourne, formerly of the Holmes Apartments, Fall River, died Sunday in Bourne at Bourne Manor Extended Care Facility. Wife of Louis Valente and the late Joseph S. Faria. She is survived by 1 Son: David S. Faria of Plymouth, 1 Sister: Hilda LaChance of Swansea, 1 Granddaughter, and Several Nieces and Nephews. She was the sister of the late Joseph Cabral
Born in Fall River, the daughter of the late Frank Cabral and the late Mary (Amaral) Cabral. She was a resident of Bourne for 4 years, previously of Somerset and Fall River. Before retiring, she had worked as a Home Health Aide.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 No. Main St., Fall River, MA on Wednesday at 9:00 A.M., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Patrick Church, South St., Somerset at 10:00 A.M. Interment in St. Patrick Cemetery, Somerset. Calling Hours Tuesday 4:00 – 8:00 P.M.
