Yvonne (Mimi,Evo,Evie) Smolinsky passed away peacefully at her daughters home on 01/10/2025, after a long battle with cancer.
She was born in New York on April 29,1951 to the Late Luz (Ruiz) Escabi and the late Pastor Escabi,Sr.
She was predeceased by her brothers, Pastor (Junior) Escabi and Roberto Escabi. She was also predeceased by her son Stephen E Smolinsky, III, and her grandson Daniel R. Goodwin.
She is survived by her sister Sonia Escabi, of Plymouth, her brother Melvin Escabi, his wife Bonnie of Derry, NH,
her Daughter Tina M Goodwin, her husband Robert A. of Halifax, Ma., her son William F. Smolinsky Jr., his wife Kerrianne of Carver, Ma., and her son Adam A Collins, of Carver, Ma. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Haylee M Goodwin, her fiance' Charles Bailey, of E. Bridgewater Ma., Lindsey A Voci, her husband Andrew, of Carver, Ma., Justin Smolinsky, Joshua Smolinsky, and Jake Smolinsky, all of Carver., Ma. and her great grandaughter Lilly Luz Voci. Yvonne was also survived by many nieces, nephews & cousins.
Yvonne had a long career bartending before switching careers to Home health care, at Attentive Homecare, which she loved so much. She also loved spending time with her family and friends going camping, to concerts, comedy shows and was a phenominal cribbage player.
Yvonne was a long time residnet of Abington, Ma., before moving to Whitman, Ma. then to her final destination in Carver, Ma.
