OUELLETTE, Robert W. of Quincy, formerly of Dedham, passed on January 9, 2025 after a long and comfortable life. He was devoted to his late wife Dolly and children Janine Diliberto and her husband John of Shrewsbury, Robert A. Ouellette and his wife Michelle of Dedham, Ronald D. Ouellette of Quincy, and Randall S. Ouellette and his wife Trina of Canton. Grandfather of Scott Londergan, Randall, Kyle, Nicholas, Julianna, Kristal, and Paige.
Bob was a competitive small bore rifle shooter and avid flyfisher and tyer. He also enjoyed turning out various items in his fully equipped wood working shop. Some of the projects are still in the family.
Bob served as President of Dedham Rotary, Chairman of the Building, Planning, and Construction Committee and is responsible for access to various town buildings, and a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals.
He was a Korean War Veteran and proud of his service. He was born in Fall River on September 22, 1931 and always spoke of Fall River with pride.
Visiting hours will be held at the George F. Doherty & Sons Wilson-Cannon Funeral Home, 456 High St, Dedham on Sunday, Jan. 12 from 4-8pm. His funeral will be held from the funeral home on Monday, Jan. 13 at 9am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, Dedham at 10am. Relatives and friends kindly invited. Interment in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
