Jennifer J. (Bouchard) Lewis, a loving wife, daughter, mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend of Plymouth, Massachusetts passed away at 50 years old on January 5, 2025 after a 4-year battle with Ovarian Cancer.
Born in Tacoma Washington on June 24, 1974 she was the second daughter of Rene Bouchard and Donna Mort Bouchard. She leaves behind a loving husband James Lewis Jr., son Brian Lewis, and daughter Nicole Lewis. Jennifer and James were married for 29 loving years. She also leaves behind sister Kim Bouchard McCann and brother Jason Bouchard along with multiple nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
Jennifer graduated from Whitman Hanson High School in 1992. Jennifer played and excelled at softball over the years. She spent several years lovingly staying at home with her children followed by working at PMG Physicians and South Shore Cardiology. Jennifer loved camping including seasonal camping at Ellis Haven in Plymouth. Jennifer also enjoyed deep sea fishing with her brother and friends, flower gardening, beach trips, and spending time with family and friends. In her later years Jennifer also enjoyed bird watching. Jennifer loved her dogs including Ben and Sophie who have passed on and current dog Tucker. Jennifer could always be found cleaning and decorating her home or playing games.
Family and friends are invited to Jennifer’s visiting hours Saturday, January 11th, from 10:00 AM- 12:00 PM with a funeral service to follow at 12:00 PM at the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rte. 58 @ the rotary) Whitman. All are welcome to a celebration of life proceeding the funeral service from 1:00-5:00 PM at the VFW, 95 Essex Street, Whitman.
