Mary Glenna Zirpolo, 75, of Londonderry, NH passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 1, 2025. Mary was born January 27, 1949 in Lawrence, MA, a daughter of the late Malcolm MacLean and Mary (Kivell) Duci. She was a longtime resident of Derry prior to relocating to Londonderry.
Mary worked for the US Postal Service for many years. One of her favorite hobbies was reading and watching Jeopardy. She was also a fanatic for the Minnesota Vikings football team. Any chance she got to wear purple, she would; even her hair and nails. Her one great love in her life was her family. She enjoyed following her grandchildren’s sporting events and being an active part of their lives. So many memories of Mary with her children and grandchildren.
Members of the family include her daughter Maureen Scarfo of Londonderry; four grandchildren, Nicholas, Sophia, Olivia and Scott; and one great grandson, AJ. Mary was one of ten children. She has five brothers, Malcolm, Brian, James (Chris), Shawn and Mark McLean; and two sisters, Sharon (John) Lough and Maureen MacLean. Mary was predeceased by her beloved husband William Zirpolo, a daughter Sharon Zirpolo-Dyson, her late brothers Michael and Grant. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and her son-in-law Gregory Scarfo.
Following cremation, calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 9th from 5pm – 6:30pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Rd., Londonderry.
