HUSHWATER, Velvel S. PhD, of St. Botolph St. Boston, South End, formerly of Russia, passed away on December 24, 2024. Velvel obtained his PhD from the University of Maryland. He was a professor in the sciences at several prestigious Universities.
Visiting hours will be held at the P.E. Murray - F.J. Higgins, George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home 2000 Centre St. West Roxbury on Thursday, January 2nd from 4-6pm. He will be buried at Beth El Cemetery 776 Baker Street. West Roxbury on Friday, January 3rd at 11am.
