Peter A. Kamergorodsky a resident of Millis, formerly of Needham died on Friday August 4th at the Caritas Norwood Hospital. He was 28 years old. Born in Nikolayev, Ukraine, Peter came to the United States in 2001. He lived in Needham for 2 years and had been a living in Millis for the last 3 years. Peter was a graduate of the National University of Ukraine in Kharkov class of 1999. He attended Mass Bay Community College and was currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Software Engineering at Framingham State College.
Peter was the son of Irene (Kadkin) and Alexander J. Kamergorodsky of Millis and the brother of Alexander A. Kamergorodsky all of Millis. He was the grandson of Nina Kamergorodsky of Nikolayev, Ukraine and Rufina Kadkin of Sukhumi, Georgia (formerly the U.S.S.R.) Peter also leaves his aunts Lisa Tsukanov of Ukraine and Laura Builenko of Russia and their families. He was the loving special friend of Sonia Levina. Peter is also survived by close family friends Charles and Dorothy Vacca Valera. A Funeral Service will be held at Saint John of Damascus Orthodox Church, 330 West St. (Rte 135) in Dedham on Tuesday August 8 at 10:00 AM. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend. Visiting Hours will be held at the Eaton Funeral Home, 1351 Highland Ave Needham on Monday from 4-7 PM. Interment at Needham Cemetery.
