Anderson- Janet Sue (Moore) Scott, 68 born March 25, 1956, passed away November 30, 2024 at Community Hospital in Anderson after a brief illness surrounded by loved ones.
She was born in Hartford City, Indiana and resided most of her life in Daleville and Anderson Indiana. She attended Daleville Jr./Sr. High-school and graduated in 1975.
Janet's hobbies were working word fill-in puzzles and word search puzzles. She loved watching the Indianapolis Colts and the Chicago Cubs. Janet also loved crocheting and spending time with her dogs Roxy and Foxy.
She is survived by her daughter, April (Christopher) White; sister, Tena (Jeff) Lockhart; sister, Debbie Bonvillain all of Anderson and her brother, Gary (Sandra) Moore of Lapel as well as several nieces and nephews.
Janet was preceded in death by her father, Robert W. Moore of Chesterfield, her mother, Edith E. (Clevenger) Moore of Chesterfield and her brother, Larry Moore of Arizona.
Janet's wishes of being cremated were honored by her family so there will be no services at the funeral home. The family is holding a Celebration of Life on January 11th, 2025 at the American Legion in Middletown, Indiana at 6:00 pm.
