Nora (Thibodeau) (Wright) Wojtowicz, 86 of Lowell, passed away peacefully on November 26th, 2024 after chronic health issues at Lowell General Hospital, with her family by her side.
Nora was predeceased by her parents, the late Albert H. Thibodeau and Mary R. (Dunleavy) Thibodeau; her son, the late Joseph E. Wright, and her sister, Margaret (Thibodeau) Lavallee.
Her Joseph passed away on February 29, 2020 and leaves his wife Kathaleen (Elkins) Wright from Lowell, and 5 children and two step children.
Nora is survived by her three children, Michael P. Wright and his companion, Theresa Boyle of Lowell, MA, Dennis J. Wright and his companion, Cathy Dee of Cornish, ME, and Albert G. Wright and his wife, Judith of Dunstable, MA; her brother in law Richard Lavallee of Hudson, NH. Nora also leaves behind nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Before her failing health Nora enjoyed driving her car cross county; and listening to country music. One of Nora’s true pleasures was her cats, especially her cat, Fred, who was very special to her and brought her great comfort in her failing health.
On Friday, December 6, 2024 all are welcome to attend her memorial service from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. followed by her funeral service at 1 p.m. in the funeral home; at McDonough Funeral Home, 14 Highland Street, Lowell 978-458-6816.
