He was passionate about New England sports, always cheering on and supporting his favorite Boston teams. He was quick-witted and could never pass up a game of poker or chess. He loved reading books to his children and reading the Bible with his morning coffee. He enjoyed trips to the North End, bike riding, and dinners with his family. He had a deep relationship with God and kept his faith even in the darkest places.
Tony’s story was one of tragedy and triumph. He most recently went back to school to become a barber, one of many dreams that he pursued. Tony enjoyed making others feel good about themselves. He touched many hearts throughout his life and on his journey of recovery. He was proud of graduating from Quincy drug court and The Gavin House of South Boston. Above all Tony was most proud of being a father to his loving children who were truly the light of his life.
