Obituary

Thomas J. Bonollo- Born October 6, 1960, age 64. Thomas, affectionately known as Tommy by his family, Tom and Mr. B by both his and his daughter’s friends, after a brief illness surrounded by his family passed away peacefully on November 23, 2024 at Landmark Medical Center in Woonsocket, R.I. He is preceded in death by his father Leo and mother Alberinda (Binnie).

Born in Woonsocket and a lifelong resident of Wrentham, MA Tom was a graduate of King Philip Regional High school where he made friends that have remind close across the years. He possessed a laugh that was impossible to forget and a smile that brought light to whatever room he walked into. He loved most anything on wheels from motorcycles, to his red Manza, black Monte Carlo SS and his blue Corvette, to tractors and trucks of any size. All of which he drove the wheels off.

Tom, survived by his wife Karen and his daughter Christina both of Wrentham, MA, his sister Victoria and her husband Ron of Norfolk MA., his brother Lee of Angier, North Carolina and many nieces, nephews and cousins ask that you remember him as a loving human being who lived his life by his own rules all the while living deeply connected to his family in the way that only Tom could be.

Tom was the second-generation owner of Pinecrest Kennels, and Bonollo Rubbish Removal both based in Wrentham. Thirteen years ago, Tom undertook the proudest venture of his life when he and a new partner, his daughter Christina, launched a new business “Bonollo and Daughter" where the two shared the title Owner/Operator. This new business brought with it the opportunity for Tom and Christina to grow and know each other in a unique and special way.

When not at work Tom made friends along the snowmobile trails of Maine and New Hampshire or at a boat launches everywhere as he prepared his own boat to rocket across the lakes in several states. Making new friends was Tom’s gift. He talked with anyone and everyone. Most of those conversations were filled with laughter.

Please join those who will miss his presence in this world the most in honoring Thomas John Bonollo. Please bring any special photograph of Tom that you may have. Help the family build a basket filled with memories that they will treasure forever.
