Frances G. Harper, 74, of Ocilla, Georgia, died Tuesday, November 12, 2024, at the Irwin County Hospital.
Graveside services will be held 2 PM, Friday, November 15, 2024, at Lax Holiness Cemetery, in Coffee County, Georgia, with the Rev. Ricky Knox officiating.
Mrs. Harper was born November 11, 1950, in Clinch County, Georgia, to the late James Ivey & Blanche Corbitt Mixon. She was a line operator for American Blanching for 15 years. Mrs. Harper was The Best mom and granny in the world.
She is survived by her two daughters: Dessica & Tommy Campbell and Charla Harper, all of Ocilla and a son, Joshua & Amber Harper of Ocilla; grandchildren: Kristen Moody, Jacob Harper, Tommy Campbell, Jr. and Elisha Baker; two sisters: Betty Oliver of Manor and Janice & Ray Matthews of Dixie Union; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon E. Harper.
