Letitia M. (Letty) Musto, formerly Letitia Troisi & Letitia Picardi, of Woburn, passed away on Thursday, November 7th, with her son, Paul, by her side. Formally from the North End, Medford & Winchester, Letitia was 97 years old & the daughter of Albert & Genevieve (Mennino) Troisi. She was first married to Edward Picardi from the North End & then to Vincent Musto also originally from the North End & Waltham.
Letitia is survived by 2 children. Lisa Picardi & Paul Picardi both of Winchester. Lisa passed away this past May & they are now together in peace. Letitia is also survived by her nieces, Janice & Diane DiMaina. Through her second marriage to Vincent Musto, she is also survived by many nieces & nephews including Diane Nicoletti, Marilyn Cucinotta, Jeanne DiLuzio and Janice Kearney.
Letitia was a talented artist. Her creativity & attention to detail could be seen on full display in the store front windows that she designed at Jordan Marsh. She also enjoyed working in charcoal & pencil. She was a dedicated mother, a devoted wife, a loving aunt & a good friend to many. Letitia was the epitome of class, elegance & sophistication who was full of determination & grit. She also loved to cook for large groups of people mainly her family as the youngest of 3 brothers, Michelanglo, Dominic, & Edward & her sister, Palma.
Relatives & friends are respectfully invited to visit with Letitia's family at the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant Street, Woburn, on Friday, November 15th from 10am to 12pm. There will be a procession to Wildwood Cemetery in Winchester immediately following visitation & a luncheon at Cafe Escadrille in Burlington after the burial.
