George Miller “Huckleberry" Fox, age 50, of Washington, DC, passed away on November 3, 2024. Dr. Fox was born on November 6, 1974 in Philadelphia. George graduated from The Northfield-Mount Hermon School and New York University before continuing his education at Cornell University earning a Master's Degree in Animal Science followed by a doctorate from The University of Florida in Plant Medicine. Huckleberry was a well known child actor who was in many noteworthy commercials and films. One of his most memorable scenes is his crying scene in Academy Award winner film Terms of Endearment. Although he ended up being an accomplished scientist and diplomat of the United States Department of Agriculture, he was always an entertainer at heart.
He is survived by his wife Mercy, two sons, 5 siblings and parents.
