Worcester – Richard F. Duggan, 64, of Worcester, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 in Saint Vincent Hospital after a brief illness.
Mr. Duggan was born in Worcester, son of the late Joseph T. Duggan Jr. and Marie I. (Delaney) Duggan. He s survived by his two brothers, Herb Duggan of Auburn and Patrick Duggan of Grafton; a sister, Lisa LaPrade of Providence, RI and many nieces and nephews.
He is also predeceased by two brothers, John Duggan Sr. and Joseph Duggan III; a sister, Patricia Duggan and a nephew, Matthew Duggan.
Rich grew up in Worcester and graduated from the former Worcester Boy’s Trade High School. He worked his entire career as an auto mechanic. He would never refuse an opportunity to work on a muscle car or spend time with his family and friends.
The funeral for Mr. Duggan will be held on Saturday, November 9 at 10:30 AM in Blessed Sacrament Church 555 Pleasant St. Worcester. A calling hour will be held from 9:30 to 10:30 in the church prior to the mass. Burial will be held in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton at a later date.
